Time: 10 a.m. – noon
Participants will be instructed by veteran sushi chef Mike Inouye on how to prepare a variety of Japanese foods. Learn how to make sushi (nigiri, California roll, tekamaki, and kapamaki) on April 6th ($100 for in-person, $50 virtually). Limited to 7 people in-person and 100 people virtually.
