Stretch & Sound Bath Experience

After a long day at work, come rejuvenate yourself at GVJCI for our first Stretch & Sound Bath experience. Yoga instructor Nana Tsubota is a 4th generation Japanese American and Registered Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer. She will guide participants in stretches of 2-5 minutes each accompanied with Sound Healing using 7 sound bowls. Participants are required to bring a yoga mat and water to stay hydrated. Registration is $15 per person.
