日本と世界各地のニッケイコミュニティでは、毎年５月５日を「こどもの日」としてお祝いしています。この日は「鯉のぼり」という鯉をかたどった異なる色の吹き流しが大きいものから小さいものの順に掲げられ、それらはお父さん、お母さん、子どもたちを表しています。他にもこどもの日ならではの伝統的な五月人形や兜、柏餅などの特別な食べ物があります。
ディスカバー・ニッケイは、世界中のニッケイコミュニティで祝われているこどもの日の伝統を紹介するため、皆さんからこの日にまつわる画像を募集しました。
