ジル・ユズリハはスタンフォード大学の4年生で、アジア系アメリカ人研究と生物学を専攻しています。彼女は4世で、ワシントン州バンクーバー出身です。2009年の夏、彼女はスタンフォードの人種と民族の比較研究センターのコミュニティ研究夏季インターンシッププログラムを通じて、オレゴン州ポートランドのオレゴン日系レガシーセンターでインターンをしました。スタンフォード大学卒業後は、大学院に進学して検眼医になる予定です。
